Lead You to Healing
What are your joys? Gardening, traveling, singing, playing the piano? Mine include yoga, dancing, and music. Yoga is not only a joy for me; it is one of my self-healing practices, along with meditation and play. Spending time each day in one, if not more, of our joys is where healing often occurs.

12 Week Class
1. Enhance our spiritual self-awareness -- by sharing our hopes, dreams, wishes, goals, fantasies -- in a safe, supportive and self-nurturing environment.
2. Discover, uncover, recover our inner child, or Creative Spirit.
3. Discuss, define and defeat our main Creative Enemies: FEAR & IGNORANCE (which together create HATRED).
4. Learn how use the Seven Synonyms of God (Principle, Mind, Soul, Spirit, Life, Truth, Love), along with the ABC’s of Creativity: (Ask, Believe, Claim).
5. Explore our God-given gifts and Creativity Tools: 3 W’s (Writing, Walking and Wooing), emphasizing the power of our Jewel Tool to record our daytime and nighttime dreams.
6. Express more GHF (Gratitude, Hope, Forgiveness) in order to experience 3H’s (Health, Happiness, Harmony).
7. Learn how to establish and maintain a healthy balance of our 4 Aspects of Humanity: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual.
8. Develop and define our personal/professional goals and make them into realities by overcoming our creative blocks and barriers.
